How do we say it in English? no.1: 7 minutes early?

Hello there again,

Here's a situation:

A class begins at 6:00pm and finishes at 7:00pm.

1) What could we say if a teacher begins the class at 6:08?

- He's 8 minutes late.
- He didn't start the class on time.
- He didn't start the class at 6 sharp.

2) What could we say If a teacher finishes at 6:53?

- He finished the class 7 minutes early.
- He didn't finish the class on time.
- He finished the class 7 minutes before the full hour.
- He finished 7 minutes before full time.
