How do we call this kind of word?

How do we call the word that has the exact pronunciation as its written form (or as it written?) such as bargain, dog, Manchester. Not like Bicester (Bister), Worcestershire (Wosterhire)

If are anything wrong correct my sentences.

What do you call a word that is pronounced as it is written, such as "bargain", "dog" or "Manchester", unlike "Bicester" (Bister) or "Worcestershire" (Woosteshur)? If there is anything wrong, please correct my sentences. You can loosely say it is spelled phonetically, but that is not really possible in English.
