How do we call long food names in informal english?

Jacket Potato with Baked Beans and Cheese

Soy and Ginger Chicken with Rice

Roast Beef with Roast Potatoes

Lamb Lasagne with Herb Focaccia

Tomato and Basil Pasta

Savoury Pinwheel with Roast Potatoes

These names seems to be too long. How do we call these food names in short? Are there any colloquial terms for that?

Top answer

They are not too long. As menu items they would be difficult to shorten without losing some of the meaning.
