how do native speakers communicate naturally?

For people english as second language like i am there is a limit to understanding sentence as soon as i hear

for example, 'i have to do it to get started to get there' but to me still need a time to understand it by analyzing the structure. I mean finding out to infinitive and something like process make me tried of english.

however i can understand so soon as i hear without analyzing the structure because the sentence is very familar to me as i have gotten accustomed to it

So my question is that by memorizing sentences in english dictionary and speaking with native
speakers, may i be up to the level of native speaker in english without anayzing structure of each sentence?

I want to know how do native speakers acknowledge words.

Note that the pronoun I should always be capitalised.
