How do I write this dialogue sentence

"What do you expect me to say, huh? You expect to say, "Okay, no problem. It's not your fault."?"

Should I use quotation marks inside the dialogue or not?

Should I use a comma before "Okay"?

Should the "O" in "Okay" be capitalized?

I'm at a loss, so if someone could help me it would be highly appreciated.
