How do I write a letter to Municipal commissioner complaining against my tenant who has kept a dog (not registered in Municipal Corporation)?
How do I write a letter to Municipal commissioner complaining against my tenant who has kept a dog (not registered in Municipal Corporation)? We have tenant and they have kept dog without our permission and his dog keep barking day and night creating nuisance and urinating and defecating here and there. Sometimes tenant s wife make dog urinates and defecates in the attached balcony, flies and mosquitoes keep breeding on it and which is source obnoxious odors.I am worried that this can cause a health hazard to others tenant also. Even his dog has once attacked my neighbor’s daughter. We have requested him several time to remove this dog from our premises but he didn’t pay any heed to my request and start abusing.I am really depressed with his behavior. Please anyone help me writing complaint letter against him.

Hello Micawber, Thanks for reply!! I want to write a formal letter and I am not native English speaker. I am not getting the way how to start it. It would be great if you help me in this matter. I have given the brief idea in the above post.
