How do I use Which, That, Whose?

Hi all

I can't figure out the differences between Which, That, Whose.

for example:

1 bring me the apple which is red

2 bring me the apple that is red

3 bring me the apple whose in red

another example:

1 the movie which was shown later was better

2. the movie that was shown later was better or (i can't use that in this case?)

I think in some cases you can't use which instead of that or whose, so how to know that?

your help would be much appreciated

Thank you!!!
