How do I use them?

Hi!

- to speak have mean : (to speak your mind, to express your mind)

EX: He is going to speak at the meeting

- to express have mean:(to show your feelings in a particular way)

EX: > students who express themselves through art

. state one's case have mean: (express your mind,)

EX: The accused man says he is eager to state.his case in court.

- to declare have mean (to declare one's intentions)

to speak (on a topic) (at an event)
to express one's mind/opinion/reservations
to state one's case
