Hi All,
Recently I've worked with indian Engineers at the Office, and frequently I've listened "getting + past present" in their sentnece.
I'm trying to understand "getting + past present" grammar, meaning and usage. But it's too hard to figure things out.
Would you please help me to understand this?

There is no such thing as "past present".
I think you mean "past participle".
