How do I start an email to a travel agency?

I have to send an email to a travel agency asking for some info about a trip I plan to do in a couple of months. However, I'm not sure how to start. Should I say something like "Dear Sirs at..."? or a simple "Hello/Hi" would solve it?

TIA!
