How do I say this?

Hi, Everybody

In some restuarant, they charge us the wine opening fee. I want to ask if it is impossible of not charging this fee, how can I say it in a polite and natural way in English?

Thank you!

Hi, Is it possible not to have to pay the corkage fee? Do we have to pay the corkage fee? But, really, I wouldn't even ask.
