1. When I want to introduce myself, I should say, "I am XXX" or "This is XXX"?
2. Is it correc to say, "I'm your tenant at (name of the apartment)" --> the preposition "at" used correctly here? or this is not the rigth sentence structure to express the meaning? Pls advise.
