How do i properly quote a speech?

Father: "Ashton, get over here right now!"

My father asked me to get over there right now. (Indirect speech)

"Ashton, get over here right now!" my father commanded. (Direct speech)

I believe both of them are correct, right?

What about this?

Presuming i said something a few moments ago, and i want to tell someone what i've said, how do i put it?

All i could say was "I'm fine".
All i could say was, "I'm fine."

I shouted "Leave me alone at her".

When to use single and double quotation marks?

Thanks a lot Emotion: smile
