How do I improve my English after scoring 8.0 in IELTS(academic)?

Here is a list of things I have been doing to improve my English:
Reading: Quora, Novels, Economists, Kindle
Listening: Radio, YouTube videos, podcasts
Writing : work emails
Speaking: work related conversations
I scored reading 8.5 listening 8.5 writing 7.5 speaking 7.5 back in 2011.
I think the fact that I didn't score high in writing and speaking indicates that I don’t have someone to mark my writings and speech in real time therefore I don’t get feedback which enables me to realize what went wrong and correct it accordingly.
