How do I formulate this email

I was contacted by the HR director for a job I interview for, She said she was going to call me back later in the day to send me some document I should sign before i start working she she hasn't called me yet. this is the last buiness day before my start day and I wanted to send her an email to check about those forms. I am not sure how to formulate the email. please help
