How do I express this?

How would you say each of the 3 if they are unnatural?
Once the baby is sleeping deeply, I will move it to its crib.
Once the baby is in a deep sleep, I will move it to its crib.
Once the baby is sleeping heavily, I will move it to its crib.

Those are all OK. I'd say, [Once / As soon as] the baby's asleep, I'll put it in the crib. CJ

I'd suggest that you use 'he' or 'she' rather than 'it' if you are talking to the parents of the child.
