How do I describe this type of person?

Hi native speakers,

I need to know the exact word for describing a person keeps on annoying, contacting you and from who you can't get away? Maybe in a situation where after divorce or breakup, the person just keep calling you, asking your friends for your number, address etc. do you think "pushy" is the right word? maybe not stalking?

Thanks in advance!

Intrusive. Inappropriate. Importunate.

A pushy person is concerned with himself and is overbearing about his ambition. A stalker's concern is his victim.

Oh sorry, I should have used "describe the person's action",
maybe: "he's been annoying/harassing/stalking me etc."

Thanks!

I'd say that one unwanted call is annoying, two is harassing, and three is stalking.

So you tell me how far it's gone.

Thanks for the explanation!
It is harassing then because it is kind of between annoying and stalking!
Thanks heaps!
