How do I correct my sentences?

"I really wish I had died rather than to see this."
"I would rather have died than to see this."

I really wish I had died rather than seeing that.

I really wish I had died rather than seen that.

I really wish I had died rather than saw that.

I would rather die than see this.

They're OK. You can delete "to", however, as it's optional.
