I think I say something more similar to this:

/æ???v/

/g???m/

...where /?/ is that kind of D you hear Americans use instead of T.

But actually guys I don't hear the D (instead of T) !
When I listen to movies for example , I hear R instead of T !

I mean something like this :

/ 'aur?(v) / and / 'garim /
