How can use until in negative and affirmative sentences?

Can I use a negative statement with "until". For example: 1. Until you don't sleep, you wouldn't get energy.
2. Until you listen to your heart, success will never be yours.

Thanks for your reply. Is my second sentence right? "Until you listen to your heart, success will never be yours."
and can I also say "until I don't sleep how can I get energy?" I am asking all this because someone told me it's not a right sentence.
Thanks.

"Until you listen to your heart, success will never be yours."

It is fine.

Until I don't sleep how can I get energy? This one is not right because it does not make sense.
Maybe you mean:
If I don't get any sleep, I won't have any energy.

There must be an event, describing a point in time to follow the preposition "until"

Example: She won't wake

It is rare to see negation in the until-clause, but it's possible.

Money is one of those things you don't worry about until you don't have
