how can it possible way to use to in the end of sentence?

Hi.

I found some sentence when I ran accross on the internet as below "when creating a technical support service, you will be asked to choose the Problem Area it relates to."

But I cant understand about 'to' what grammar is it, what if I want to use like above sentence with 'to', how to use that 'to' in normally sentence and in the verbal with the usage.

It is a shortened form of "the problem area which/that it relates to".

Here are some example statements and derived noun phrases. Hopefully you can see where the "to" is coming from:

I sit in a chair -> the chair which I sit in
I walk along a road -> the road which I walk along
