Also I have one more question.

As you can see the B's answer. B is not use a question form.
But I feel like this sentence is question a little bit.

Can we use normal sentence instead of using question form sentence?

So you want to talk about fashion now?

These are both possible, depending on whether the speaker intones the sentence as a question (rising tone at end) or as a statement (flat or falling tone at end).

Thanks for letting me that. But I have some curious about here 'wants'.

Would you let me know why do you use a 'wants' not 'want'?

"A" represents one person and so is considered third-person singular. The third-person singular present-tense form of the verb "want" is "wants".
