How can i Write better than this.

I have attached an excel sheet which will have the details about the replication in the XXX Account. Prepared this document for the basis of doing daily monitoring activity, as far as my knowledge concern I have founded two set of instance for replication and it has been documented in the excel sheet.

Therefore, I request you to give inputs if I have missed any of the replication servers in the xxx account.

Additionally, need some details with reference to the test server environment.



Please correct the above sentence to form the better statement.
