How can i write a request for housing and transfportation allowance?

I've been working at my company for 8 months. I do all works in the office even its not my work but at least they told me to do, i would love to do it. I dont have any complain about that but my salary is very low for a secretary and at the same receptionist in a company. My salary is good only for my rent at the room, foods, and transportation. I have to borrow some money to send money to my family.
