Letter Writing
how can i write a letter to the Counselor of the high school???? (in hurry....)
hi
i'm a little bit in hurry to get the answer of this question and i would be really glad if you help me
i'm from iran and next year i'm going to nashville to pass 12th grade there now i'm searching for a good high school and i need to email the counselor or registrar and tell them about my situation to see if i can enter that school or not
now i don't know how to write a letter and if it should be a formal letter?
here's the letter that i wrote please help me to write a good letter and correct my mistakes

next summer i'm moving to nashville and i'm gonna study 12th grade there
i study at farzanegan amin high school which is the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents high school in iran
now i'm looking for a good high school to apply to and i'v heard hume-fogg academic is one of the best high schools in nashville
would you tell me what are the admission requirements for me to enter this school?
do i need to take an entrance test?
my main major in high school is science and the subjects that i study in this major are biology , chemistry , physics , geology , Statistics , Geography , Mathematics
i can tell you the topics of each subject if it's needed
