How can I understand "will now be doing"?

This sentence is from a web-page:
"They will now be supervising sessions at our Swindon office two days a month."
I'm wondering how can I understand "will now be doing."
Does that mean the same as saying "it has been arranged that ..."?
Could you tell me, please?
