HOW CAN I SEPERATE THESE???

Hello dear teacher. I have a problem about distinguish these from each other :HOWEVER- ALTHOUGH-THOUGH-EVENTHOUGH. I generally see all of them together in choices in tests.they all the same in meanings.how can I understand in which sentence which one must be used???

Although and though are so called subordinating conjunctions, and link two parts (clauses) of a sentence.
Style disregarded, they are twins.
Although is more formal.

I like you(,) (a)lthough you do not like me.
Although you do not like me, I like you.

Thank you very much for your explanation.Punctuation is a good tip to seperate them but sometimes I see HOWEVER at the beginning of the sentence just like ALTHOUGH.And I surprise...what can I do in those times?

Also,I want to give two example;

Pattern adjective:

Despite

However as an adverb:
