I am a student applying to a graduate program. This program is called EFL Methodology and Curriculum. The point is that in my country we don't have graduate schools, as far as I am concerned, but we do have many graduate programs.
When I am trying to request a letter of recommendation, I have to mention the name of the graduate program. The problem is I am not able to do that in well formed English.
I usually end up saying things like " I have decided to apply to a graduate program called EFL Methodology and Curriculum." or "I want to apply to a graduate program specializing in EFL Methodology and Curriculum." or "I think I want to major in EFL Methodology and Curriculum in a graduate program."
My question is how can I express the idea that I am trying to get a master's degree in EFL Methodology and Curriculum in a well formed and grammatically correct sentence in which these words are included (graduate program, EFL Methodology and Curriculum).
Any other suggestions are welcomed.
