how can i say this?

hey guys i have a question that i really dont know how to express ,the sentence is as follows:
"the only person whom i care to see that is Vick".Meaning that the only person whom i want to see that is Vick .Is that correct ?
I mean the structure?

2) "the only person whom i intend to see that is Vick",meaning that the only person whom i have the intention to see that is Vick.

2 is way off, It's hard for me to explain the jargon behind it but you would either omit the 'that' or re-word it to ''the only person I intend to see is Vick."

Well that is not exactly what i meant to say what i wanted to say was ,that the only person whom i'm want (i have the intention that she sees that)to see that is Vick.

I mean is hard to explain,"i intend VIck to see something "for instance.i want to say with "intend" that i have the intention that she sees "something"

With regard to the first question i wanted to say that the only person that i WANT to see "that" is Vick meaning that i dont care if anybody else sees that that i just care if she sees it
