How can I say " Do you understand" in a polite way?

On coming Friday, I'm making my presentation to our CEO. During my presentation, I'm going to ask him "Do you understand?" to confirm what I say. But, I'm wondering if it sounds rude.

I found another phrases like " Does it make sense?, Is it all right?" It might be good but I want to know more polite or sophisticated expressions.

Could you tell me good phrases which are suitable for our business scene

It is not good to ask your superiors if they have understood you. It would embarrass them to say 'No' in front of others. At the beginning of your talk say: I hope that I will present this talk about (topic) in an accessible and comprehensible way, but I know there will always be questions.
