How can I say?

A: Do you know that so many fair trade products are sold in Japan?
B: No, I don't. How do the products come to reach us?

Q: Is this sentence grammatically correct?? How do the products come to reach us?

I want to mean that " What kind of process do the products get through until they reach us(=consumers)"
