How can I pronounce "should+have" in the american way?

"shoo-Flap d(which requires a gentle touch at the upper aveolar ridge?)uh-vh?

="shoo-d(Flap d)uh-vh"

and the same approach can be applied in case of "would have?"

Thank You!
