How can I learn the midwest accent?

Oh...I find the midwest accent(USA) very cute!! and that's exactly what I want to learn. The feeling of it is very flat..

Yes.

Either way, but there are not two forms for, say, "East-coast accent", so "Midwest" is probably better.
