How can I learn English Grammar?

Hello there,I am about 40 years old man. I have two school going childrean. My problem is i am very crucially bad at english grammar. When i write something in english, my little childrean get laugh to see my bad english. Recently i have manage a new job. There i should write and read all official document in english.Finally i am fallen in great problem! What can i do? How can i improve my english grammar ability? I have some knowledge on basic english. I want to be a advance. PLease don't laugh at to read my bad english. Sugest me Is there any shortcut way to improve my english grammar?  I am old and busy so please suggest me something easy and quick way to apply.Thanks in Advance to all!

There is no easy shortcut. Learning the grammar of any language calls for hard work, lots of exercises and takes a lot of time, especially if the language of your choice is not related to any of the languages you know. It is also an advantage if you are familiar with basic grammatical terminology. That enables you to understand the grammar books and explanations you read.

Your age is unimportant in the learning process. I am much older than you and I am sure my age wouldn't be a hindrance if I decided to take up the acquisition of a new language. Your innate flair for languages - or lack of it - is far more important than your age. You may have noticed that some people sing even the simplest song off key no matter how hard they try to learn it. Unfortunately the same is true about foreign languages. I know people who have lived in Finland for almost 50 years and haven't mastered the language yet. Some others have acquired native speaker proficiency in less than 10 years.

To be honest, i don't think, that there is such a thing as a shortcut to learn anything. But i think it's never too late to learn something new! I also had problems with the english grammar at first. But i just kept practicing.
I recommend you to either get yourself a good english book or just get an app. Good luck!
