How can I improve this sentence?

Hi!
How can I improve this sentence?

I request the court to determine my rights to take my daughter on every other Saturday at 9:00 from her place of rezidence and take her with me, with a duty to return my daughter back to her mother until 21:00 on Sunday of the same week.

Thank you!

If it is a question of gaining legal access to my daughter, I would ask a lawyer to compose my application. If I am telling somebody what is going on, I would say: I am asking the court to give me the right pick my daughter up from her mother's house and take her out (with me) every second Saturday at nine am, and bring her back at nine pm.
