How can I express the idea of having a backlog of tasks and relevant stuff.

I have a big backlog of things to do. I cannot start a task that was given to me immedeately. How can I express this?

For example:

"I have added this task to my queue, but I will start it only when time comes"

"I will work for your request when times comes" i.e. when it is next one in a queue

"Your request is in the begining / in the end of my queue so I will start it soon / I will not start it soon"

Is it good to use the "start" word here?

I will add it to my list, but I have a lot of other tasks in the queue. I will get to it as soon as I finish the other items.
