How can I express messages properly in slogan?

Dear Everyone,

Though I'm a newbie, this wordreference forum is familiar to me because I've got many helps by googling previous time.

I need to make a slogan in English and I'd like to know if there's any draft that makes sense to native speakers.

I'd like to express "Let's lead communication by each member(staff) and make harmony together" through the slogan.

Here are my drafts.

[My drafts]

Communication is mine, harmony is ours.

Let's communicate by self-leading, let's harmonize together.

Communicating me first, achieving harmony together.

May I have your kind advice?

Thank you in advance.
