Hi, I have a question I want to figure out.
I'm wondering how can I ask these two different times.
When I want to know the time when you tell.
Can I say, "What time did you tell him to meet us?"?
When I want to know the time when he'll meet us.
Can I say, "What time did you tell him to meet us at?"?
Am I right in thinking in that way?
And are there any other way to distinguish those?
Yes, the wording can be unclear since you are talking about two different times in the same sentence. Perhaps you can get rid of the time you don't want to talk about. So: When did you tell him about meeting with us?

Yes, the wording can be unclear since you are talking about two different times in the same sentence. Perhaps you can get rid of the time you don't want to talk about. So:
When did you tell him about meeting with us? (The time "you" spoke to "him.")
When are we to meet with him? (The time "we" are to meet.)
Does this help?
