How can I describe my feedback in my sentence?

Hi,

Question:

how can I describe my feedback in my setence?

My feedback is:
1) the second sentence of page 3 is wrong.
2) the first paragraph of page 5 is wrong.

Possible sentences:
sentence1:
I produced 2 comments about areas that should be corrected.
sentence2:
I produced 2 suggestions about areas that should be corrected.
