Speech & Pronunciation

How can I deal with nervousness and anxiety when I speak in public?

When I speak in public, I just get stuck and I can't manage to find the right words to express an idea. This makes me look as if I were a basic level speaking student, however: it's not like that. Any tips you can give me?

Thank in advance for you help! I really appreciate it.

Hello Jossx Speaking in public is not easy, and many people have to be taught how to do it correctly. Some people are born "speakers", but the vast majority of us use little 'techniques' to help us through speaking to a group. For example: have you ever though of using note cards so you don't get stuck or lost?
