How can i construct a business letter here?
Composed a Business Letter - Bad News.
Facts: You are a tour operator
Client is a school that do field trips for its students with you for years now.
Client writes to ask you for a package tour this year.
Trip now costs you $25 more because of higher rate of planes and hotels.
You can give them bookings on a three star hotel instead of 4 star with 4 persons in a room occupancy instead of 2 but you are taking them on the old price of $400/person
Same meals
Weekday tours instead of weekend which is cheaper in terms of airline cost
YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE THIS CLIENT.
