How can I ask to someone gently?

Hi
I just have sent a email to someone. So I want gently just asking to someone whether he has received well or not.
How can I use the expression?

"I am just curious about whether you were received reply email or not."

How about this?

You were received is wrong. It's in the passive voice and asks nothing about the e-mail you sent. You could write: I wonder if/whether you have received my e-mail or Could you please tell me if / whether you have received my e-mail?
