How can he teach it well?

Can you tell me how he can teach it well?

Is the sentence grammatically correct or does the meaning of it make sense?

Or should it be like ‘Can you tell me how well he can teach it’?

Or both are okay but each meaning is different?

What do you native English speakers think?

Thank you so much as usual.
