How can ABC courier services improve its services to you as a customer

Is anyone out there could check my poor English as below:-

Referring to your questions item no. (10) How can xxxxxx improve its services to you as a customer?



Here we would like to make some comments:-



1) IMPROVE IN TIME MANAGEMENT



i) It has happened several times whereby calls have been made for the pick-up of important documents but none of your courier guy turn-up on the same nor the following day even after repeated calls have been made.



ii) In another incident, a call was made in the morning for an urgent pick-up of documents and was told that the pick-up will be arranged before . Unfortunately your courier guy only turn-up at .



Notes : The reason we chose your courier services was due to your reputation for a reliable, responsive as well as fast delivery. Unfortunately as of late the confident is fast becoming an illusion.



‘ The remedial works has to be carried out asap to avoid any future disappointment’
