How best to modify a noun [pronoun]

Hello everyone. I have a couple of questions.

Suppose a man and his family have moved to a new house, which is much larger than the house they lived in until then. In this situation, can we say that all the three sentences below are grammatically correct? Which is the most appropriate one? Besides, can we replace "our" in "our old one [house]" with "the"? --

(A) Our new house is about three times as large as our old house, which was built 70 years ago.

(B) Our new house is about three times as large as our old one, which was built 70 years ago.

(C) Our new house is about three times as large as our old house built 70 years ago.

They are all grammatical. I would not use any of them because of style, not grammar. Our new house is about three times larger than the 70-year-old house we moved from.
