How bad smoking is for our health or how smoking is bad for our health or how is smoking bad for our health

Hi everyone.
Could anyone please tell me which one I should use.
Example:
1. Did you know how bad smoking is for our health?
2. Did you know how smoking is bad for our health?
3. Did you know how is smoking bad for our health?

In my opinion, I don't think number 3 is correct. We only use number 3 if ''Did you know'' is erased, is it?

It is possible, but it has a different and rather odd meaning, as if the speaker doesn't know in what way smoking is bad for us.
