how are you or how are you doing

Hi teachers,

A: How're you?
B: I'm fine, and you? (would it be natural if 'B' said 'I'm fine, and what about you?' or 'I'm fine, and how about you?'? Is it possible to use 'and how about you?', 'and what about you?' and 'and you?' interchangeably?  )

A: I'm fine too. / I'm also fine. / I'm fine as well. (Are all of these sentences correct? Do they give the same meaning?)

Teaches, occasionally, especially in movies I hear the expression 'How you doing'. I know that the helping verb 'are' is missing in that expression. But, I want to know if just saying 'How you doing' will do and if it can be used instead of 'How are you'.

Thank you.
