Please somebody tell me what is the most polite and civil way to ask for one's health? Like 'how are you?' and 'how do you do?' I know 'how do you do?' is now outdated.

Also did I punctuated my post correctly?

"How are you?" and "How are you doing?" are common, polite greetings appropriate to use in any circumstance. However, if you have reason to be concerned for one's health, you might ask "how are you feeling?"

"How do you do?" is indeed outdated.
