How are they dfferent and Is the sentence correct?

1) I don't see any differences between putting a make-up and not putting a make-up.

2) How are they different?
Even if I read the meanings of them in a dictionary, I cannot differenciate them.. Could you please explan me about how they are different with some examples.

Thank you for your reply. I was meaning that she has the almost same face as when she put on make-up, although she didn't.
In this sense, can I say like that?
