How a native speaker understands this?

I have three examples, and i would like to see how a native speaker understands each example.

"We try to give our best" and "We're trying to give our best"

"We don't sell it in here" and "We're not selling it in here"

"We introduce new people everyday" and "We're introducing new people everyday"

The Simple Present suggests you are describing your normal routine, eg every day.

You have given no context, but here are a few comments.

'Give our best' sounds awkward. Perhaps you mean 'do our best', 'try our best'.

Instead of 'in here', better is just 'here'. You could even omit 'here'. as that will be assumed.

What do you mean by 'introduce new people'?

Here's what I think you are trying to say.

1. We do our best.
2. We don't sell that here.
3. We hire new people every day. OR We get new customers every day.

So which i should use.

"We're selling apples here" or "We sell apples here" ?

Also if i want to say that only those apples are for sale and no other fruits are for sale, i should use "We don't sell" or "We're not selling"? Again, i mean that it is for sale 24/7.

Which is correct?

1: "We sell only apples here. We don't sell any other fruits here"

2: "We're selling only apples here. We're not selling any other fruits in here"

As i understand, the 1st says that apples are for sale all the time and other fruits aren't. The 2nd says that apples are for sale only now and other fruits aren't. Am i correct?
